I too have worked for RE/MAX, my out of pocket expenses ran me about 34% of my gross income with their fee based, office expense and add-on set up. In addition I was one of the first agents approached by Keller Williams to open an office here in the Atlanta area. Another company that is set up similar to RE/MAX with the addition of profit sharing. Bring in everyone you know, make them and agent and get $3.00 extra per month. By the way you then no longer have them as a client because they are now their OWN AGENT! Newsflash!
